The intersection of people, process and technology has always fascinated me.  With 23 years of experience working in clinical research implementing technologies, building processes and supporting people I thought I would share some of my experience and ideas.

I enjoy taking disruptive concepts and trying to operationalize them.  I like being "practical and tactical".  To ​start I am largely focusing on the practical application of Quality by Design (QbD) and Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) approaches.  Because striving for high quality should always be the goal and managing risks to achieve high quality should always be the priority.
